Our Roast

From seed to the cup.

We chase a single idea — that coffee should taste of the place it grew. Each lot is sourced direct, rested, then roasted in small batches the morning it ships.

No shortcuts. No haste. Just heat, time, and an obsessive ear for the second crack.
